Sign-in and saved records

Use the same Pep Halo account on iPhone and pephalo.com to access your shared records, plan, and AI credit balance. If records appear to be missing, check that you signed in with the same email and sign-in method.

Subscriptions

Manage a subscription purchased through Apple in your iPhone Settings: tap your name, then Subscriptions, then Pep Halo. Manage a subscription purchased on the website through the website’s billing controls. Contact us if you need help identifying where your subscription was purchased.

Account deletion and privacy

To request account deletion or help removing information, email us from your account email. We may verify your identity before acting. An Apple subscription must be canceled through Apple’s subscription settings. See our Privacy Policy for information about records, service providers, and retention.

AI features

Your AI credit balance is shared across the website and iPhone. If a request fails or you have a question about usage, tell us approximately when it happened and which feature you were using.
